The MetroHealth Neurology Department provides state-of-the-art care for conditions of the nervous system and its supporting structures. The department’s mission is to provide Greater Cleveland with the best clinical care regardless of patients' ability to pay. Experts are available who are trained in:

• the diagnosis and treatment of stroke
• the evaluation and treatment of seizures/epilepsy
• headache disorders
• back and limb pain movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease and a variety of dystonias
• multiple sclerosis and other immune disorders of the nervous system
• muscular disorders
• vascular disorders of the brain and spinal cord
